Warranty conditions for notebooks
The leather notebooks in our Novum Organum range feature a 4-part brass binding system that is guaranteed for life. Wherever you are in the world, we’ll provide the parts you need to ensure it stays in top condition. You’ll just pay the shipping costs.If you encounter a problem, simply contact us at [email protected] with a photo of the damaged parts and the notebook’s serial number (inside the cover).
For this warranty to work, you need to register your notebook within one month of receiving it via the www.lacompagniedukraft.com.
The other parts of the notebook - e.g. paper, leather cover, elastic bands and screws - are not covered by this warranty.
