RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay penalties.

Please note that this does not apply to personalized products, which cannot be returned or exchanged.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement expressing your intention to withdraw, either by email at bonjour@lacompagniedukraft.com or by postal mail to the following address:

RETURNING PRODUCTS

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product(s) within a maximum f 14 days from the date of your withdrawal request. Products must be returned:

- In their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed);
- In their original packaging, including any accessories or documents provided.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in cases of non-compliance (damaged product, order processing error, etc.).

REFUNDS

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid (including standard delivery charges, if applicable) within 7 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to certain products, including:

- Goods made to order or clearly customized;
- Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. cosmetics, underwear, etc.);
- Audio/video recordings or software unsealed after delivery.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
